Andy has built and led companies that drive innovation and sustainability. As the CEO of Terra Renewal, LLC, he transformed the company from a small operation into the 23rd largest waste company in the United States, specializing in responsible waste management and beneficial reuse. He later co-founded Denali Water Solutions, the largest handler and recycler of food waste in the United States, furthering his commitment to environmental sustainability and efficient resource management. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Andy spent a decade as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies at Arthur Andersen, bringing strategic insights to some of the country’s largest corporations.
Andy’s business acumen is matched by his dedication to public engagement and policy influence. His deep experience in logistics, sustainability, and infrastructure gives him a unique perspective on Arkansas’ economic and regulatory landscape.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Was formerly a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he brings a strong financial and analytical background to every challenge he takes on. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andy is an avid cyclist (he is an owner in Jackalope cycling in Russellville, AR), reader, and skier embodying the drive and resilience he brings to both business and public life.
At his core, Andy is a devoted husband, father, and now a first-time grandfather. He is married to the love of his life, Julie, and together they have raised four wonderful children. His family is his greatest source of inspiration, fueling his passion for building a better, freer Arkansas for future generations.
Through Free Arkansas, Andy is working to amplify independent voices, engage citizens in meaningful conversations, and push for a more transparent, accountable, and forward-thinking Arkansas. His leadership continues to inspire bold, unfiltered dialogue and real change in the state.
